Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you have agreed a time and date for your upcoming lessons you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the below, please avoid booking a driving lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a driving lesson is prepaid. You need to be available at the time and date agreed to attend the driving lessons at the agreed place of meeting. If you are going to be late for your lesson, please let us know in advance. If we do not hear from you and you don’t answer our call at the time and you are not present to take the lesson, we’ll not wait more than 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes wait the driving instructor will not conduct the lesson anymore and you will be charged for the hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you do not give us at least 24 hour notice for cancelling your lesson, you will be charged full amount of the lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is no refund for lessons already taken or cancelled without giving the 24 hours notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All prepaid lessons will need to be taken within 12 Months of the payment. There will be no refund allowed after the 12 months period. Any lessons after this period will need to be paid for again in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have prepaid lessons with a discounted rate and want a refund, the already taken lessons will be deducted from your payment with the hourly rate plus the processing fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is a \u20ac10 processing fee for any refunds.
