In the terms and conditions the terms ‘you’ is referred to the student taking or booking the driving lessons. Terms ‘We’, ‘Us’ refers to Tech School of motoring.

By booking driving lessons you agree to the below terms and condition.

1. We need minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel any driving lessons.
   1. Any lesser notice will carry a charge of €50
2. If more than 2 times lessons are cancelled without the required time of notice. We reserve the right to not offer any further lessons.
3. We reserve the rights to increase or decrease the price of the lessons. We’ll not increase your price, if you start and finish your EDT Lessons with us with in 6 Months.
4. We cannot assure that the car will be free from all allergies. Although we clean our cars on daily basis. Traces of material that you are allergic to could be transported by another student.
5. If you are allergic to anything that might affect your driving, you should make us aware of it.
6. We do not accept any liability for any allergic reaction caused during driving lessons.
7. You are also requested and expected to be within the legal limit of Alcohol and not under the influence of any drugs.
8. You are not on any prescribed drugs/medicine than can impact your driving.
9. You are not forbidden by your doctor from driving.
10. You are not disqualified from driving.
11. Your learner permit is genuine and with in the date.
12. You have not asked by court to surrender your learner permit.
13. Any other condition that can impact your driving you should make us aware of the condition before making any booking.
